When Clinica Baviera asked me to create recipes that support eye health, I gladly accepted. The challenge was clear: combine taste and wellness, using ingredients that are friends to our eyes. With the help of a nutritionist, we carefully selected foods rich in antioxidants, vitamin A, lutein, and healthy fats.

The result is a small journey made of simple, colorful, and balanced dishes. Carrots, spinach, kale, blueberries, eggs, nuts, extra virgin olive oil, and oily fish took center stage. Each recipe is designed to be easy and replicable at home, with attention to seasonality and variety.

This isn’t about cooking with fear, but with awareness. Eye health also starts at the table, and cooking can be a natural way to take care of yourself.
